As part of onboarding we provide your business power users, administrators and content publishers basic BizPortals 365 training and a detailed walk-thru of BizPortals 365 functionality.
Our product has an extensive online Help and Knowledge base articles that users can refer to. We also provide user training. This free of cost training is offered in five sessions. Users will be required to sign up for sessions of their choice through a link that will be provided to them.
